4-Person Coordinated Lift / A-Frame Glass Trolley

High risk of spinal strain and dynamic panel flexure torsion. Minimum 4 trained glazing operatives with mechanical vacuum cups or site A-frame glass transport trolley.

Calculation Basis: Float glass density calculated at 2500 kg/m³ per BS EN 572-1; PVB density 1070 kg/m³ and Ionoplast density 950 kg/m³ per BS EN 14449 / BS EN 16613. Gravitational acceleration g = 9.80665 m/s² per Eurocodes (BS EN 1990 / BS EN 1991-1-1). Setting block reaction calculated assuming 2 blocks positioned at quarter points per BS 6262-6.

Framing & Substrate Verification: Excludes weight of aluminium curtain wall mullions/transoms, structural steel brackets, and anchor fixings. Structural engineer (MIStructE) must verify concrete cone breakout and transom deflection (< L/500).
