2. Professional Verification Mandatory
Commercial glazing assemblies (including cantilever balustrades, overhead rooflights, walk-on floors, curtain walling, and fire-resistant compartmentation screens) are life-safety elements. Specifiers, contractors, and building owners must obtain project-specific calculations certified by a qualified facade structural engineer or chartered structural engineer (MIStructE/MICE) prior to fabrication and site erection.
3. Non-Transactional Status
